A custody or parenting agreement is a formal agreement signed by both parents which settles issues pertaining to their child(ren).  The agreement will include issues such as custody, (sole, legal and physical), decision making, access time with each parent, such as weekends, holidays, vacations. Other issues can be included as well if the parties agree to additional items.
